This portal is an internal administration tool of ReThinkingWorks, LLC ([ADDRESS]) for authorized staff to review assessment submissions made through our assessment tools. It is not open to the public.

Data we process

• Assessment submissions (name, email, company sector, answers, score, recommendations), read from the assessment applications that collected them. Purpose: to review results and follow up with the respondent. Legal basis: consent given on the assessment form / legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)/(f)).
• Administrator sign-in data (username, session cookie). Purpose: security and access control. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Cookies

We only set one strictly necessary session cookie (NextAuth) to keep administrators signed in (8 hours). No analytics, advertising or third-party cookies are used, so no consent banner is required.

Retention, recipients and transfers

Data stays in the originating assessment application and is displayed here without being copied. Hosting providers act as processors ([HOSTING PROVIDERS AND COUNTRIES]). Retention: [RETENTION PERIOD].

Your rights
